Water Heater Installation and Repair near Parlin picked by BestProsInTown
“I called Jim to repair the main shut off valve in my basement because it was leaking. He instructed me how to fix it myself, saving me the cost of having him come out! Hard to find good guys that are not out to rob you. He will be my go to plumber from now on.”
“I don’t normally post things like this, but I really feel that honest companies deserve to be recognized. ❤
About a year ago, I paid close to $5,000 to a plumbing company for work that I was told had been completed. Fast forward to the other day, and once again, I had water flooding my basement.
I called Titan Plumbing, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them.
They came out, assessed the problem, gave me a fair and reasonable price, and were back at my house at 7:00 the very next morning to fix it.
But here’s the part that really got me…
They actually showed me proof that work I had previously paid for and was told had been done, WAS NOT DONE. To say I was angry and disappointed is an understatement. When you spend close to $5,000, you trust that the company you hired actually did the work they charged you for.
Thankfully, Titan Plumbing came in, showed us exactly what was going on, explained everything, and FIXED the problem.
I’m sharing this because we are always quick to talk about a bad experience, but I think it’s just as important to recognize the businesses that are honest, fair, dependable, and take pride in their work.
So a HUGE thank you and shout-out to Titan Plumbing! 👏👏👏 You restored a little bit of my faith in good, honest businesses.
You have definitely earned my recommendation — and my future business! ❤”
