I was initially concerned about coordinating with building management, but the plumber communicated effectively with them and completed the sewer repair in just under two hours. He took time to explain that a tree root intrusion was the main issue and showed me how he resolved it using a camera inspection.
This plumber took the time to explain the differences between faucet models, which was appreciated, and the installation was completed correctly in under an hour.
