I just wanted to say Kevin was great. I called the wrong number trying to get help with my water heater (meant to hit a 3 and dialed the wrong number haha). Even though I was out of state in Minnesota, Kevin was super helpful anyway. Kevin deserves a raise, his customer service was exceptional!
I had to change from original rating from 5 to 3. Read to the end for reason why. Our technician, Angel Seirano was prompt, courteous, thorough and efficient. We feel safer with this installation because he took the time to make sure all leeds were secure and fitted properly. It has been one week and thus far no complaints! Fee for permit application was added in front of all other charges and unfortunately an inspector never came out to make sure job was done. I have researched and found that permit was never filed. I will follow-up.
