Our water heater needed to be replaced. Weve been with no hot water for two days. I have small children and this has been such an issue for me. I rent a townhouse and had been repeatedly contacting my landlord about it and no response. I had pseg come and they marked it as a violation and even that got no response from him. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin and he was really nice and explained everything perfectly he even went as far as giving my landlord a call and convinced him on getting the waterheater replaced!!! I’m so grateful for Kevin he was so excellent thanks to him I should have hot water again as soon as tomorrow! Definetely recommend...read full review
