800heaters installed our water heater, very nice technicians but the service after installation was pathetic. I am facing issue with water boiler and contacted the hotline number and it has been two days since I reported this and no one has contacted me back. Be careful if they try to sell you extended warranty and labour service.

Our water heater service with 1800HEATERS was facilitated via Home Depot. We found their pricing to be competitive and certainly not unreasonable. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The bottom line is that our unit was replaced and hot water was restored in about 3-4 hours after the initial call for service. So far, we have no complaints with our transaction, and we are very pleased with the prompt response. Thanks very much!
