Amazing service. We had a leaky pile for our electric water heater we needed fixed to get our home insurance renewed. Roto-Rooter had someone out within a few hours. The cost was what we expected for the parts and labor and the worker (I'm sorry I forgot his name but he as amazing) was so friendly and came upstairs to update us every step of the way. He made sure we got a nice clear copy of the paperwork for our insurance too. We will be returning to this company for any plumbing we need in the future!
Let me tell you, I will def be calling Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs. Erik was able to fix my clog when a previous company had no clue to, they were ready to rip pipes up and charge me thousands. Erik was able to free my clog within minutes. Thank you soo much
Just wanted to go on here to thank Saso for an outstanding ,professional and very informative service today. Let me tell….Saso did not give up !! We had a slow draining sink that became a clogged sick. We live in an old condo complex and these piles gave Saso a fight but he was patient and was not going to let them win. He explained every step of the process he was doing clear enough for an average like me to understand. Saso and this company are superstars !!! Thank you
