I called at 7pm with a plumbing emergency and Larry had it resolved by 9pm same day. I explained that I had an early flight the next day and really needed help that night. He took my emergency seriously and was at my house ASAP. Larry even took the time to educate me about my waterlines in the basement even though it was after hours. Fast, courteous, accommodating. I called Rainbow at 7pm with an emergency plumbing issue. Larry had the job done and taken care of by 9pm. He was able to diagnose the problem on the phone with me and offered to have it done next day. I explained that I was leaving for a trip the next morning and was hoping to have it done ASAP. He said he would be at my house in 90 mins. Impeccable service. He also took the time to educate me about my house and water lines even though it was after hours! Highly recommend. Fast, courteous, and will be who I reach out to in the future.
