Upon receiving a referral from a nearby contractor acquaintance, we contacted Nowak Air Systems Inc. for assistance. Mark came to our aid and managed to repair the system, but due to its age of almost two decades, he was unsure if it would survive another season. As a result, we requested a quote for replacing the entire HVAC system, as well as our water heater. We ultimately chose to engage their services and are extremely satisfied with the professionalism and tidiness of Mark and his team. “Earth angels come in many forms when you're in need of help and mine came in the form of a plumber named Bob's Plumbing and Heating this week. I thought my issue, though disconcerting and unexpected, would be a quick, fixable problem.. But, as luck would have it, the issue became a perplexing and complicated puzzle to unravel before it could be resolved. Bob was unrelenting in his pursuit to patiently find the solution and, that, he did!! He went up and beyond to help me and I am so incredibly grateful to have found a local, honest, concerned, skilled plumber and will go no where else for any future plumbing needs.“
