After a few years of me having regular service with a “bigger name HVAC company” which never fixed the problem and ultimately told me my unit (which they installed less than 4 years earlier) needed to be replaced to the tune of $8,000+ (after charging me several hundred dollars for each repair visit over the course of 18 months, never fixed anything), I called Kevin of Matrix. He came promptly when he said he would, asked lots of questions, and diagnosed the problem. He gave me the solution and set up a two step service to correct the problem. He fixed the problem and we have a fully functional unit now that is working like a charm!!! He knows what he’s doing and is top notch in his field.
