Replaced my heating/cooling system by Platinum HVAC. I highly recommend them. Just have a little patience & you will soon have high quality furnace, condenser & duct cleaning. I am very happy with the way it all turned out for me. Like that commercial says, "I Love those Guys."
Highly recommend Platinum. They were quick, responsive, very thorough and kind. When our furnace unexpectedly broke late at night, with a young child in the home, we were stressed. However, Platinum Heating & Cooling responded quickly and worked diligently to replace our whole system as soon as possible. They didn't take advantage of the situation and really worked with us and gave a good price.
The team came out to inspect our old heater initially and determined the only solution to heat our home effectively was to install a new heating system. The team came by a few days later and installed a brand new system. They worked relentlessly all day removing my old heater and installed the new one. Immediately after they turned it on we felt heat in places of our condo we’ve never felt.
