“I just had a furnace replaced and this company not only helped me by crediting back some of the previous work they just did on it (I did not ask for this and they offered it when they checked previous history. It was an older furnace and they fixed it when we were in a bad cold snap this winter it was close to 0. They warned me the furnace was old and may need replacement and sure enough it did!) The 4th was the Sunday so we agreed they would come on the 5th Monday the observed Holiday to get it installed and they did, have not heard other complaints since from the Tenant.
