Jim, the owner of Jim Hall HVAC, was very instrumental in getting the manufacturer (Luxaire) to replace my condenser that had nothing but problems since installation in 2022. Condenser coil leaked the first year; motor burned out 2X the second year and now the compressor failed in fourth year! They stand up for the customer and all their technicians are fantastic. We use them for all our heating and AC maintenance.
Excellent service by Brandon and Matt. Very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommended.
