“My condo had severe water damage in early January and Consolidated Environmental was the company that came to do the mold mitigation (commercial dehumidifiers, opening walls, and removing damaged flooring).I only have positive things to say about Felix's team (Jorge/George, Mauricio, and others). They walked us through every step of the process, helped us put our belongings in boxes, and shuffled things around in the apartment while we dealt with our insurance.Whenever we had a concern, Felix was always there either onsite or on the phone. He calmed our anxiety as this is our first time going through something like this. When we had to be out of town, Felix was more than happy to video chat during the builder walkthrough.I honestly cannot thank him and his team enough. Such great people. They are transparent in their work and happy to clarify anything.I hope I don't have water damage again but if I do, I know they will do the job well and be the first people I'd recommend.“

“So for almost 10 years I’ve forgotten to schedule a yearly maintenance service for my Goodman Furnace. It’s still working but I figured it was time to be a responsible homeowner for once and get it serviced. I found Air Cubes on Google, saw they had excellent reviews, and gave Air Cubes a call.Best HVAC company in the Union, NJ 07083 area. They were on time, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I had a lot of questions. We are going to install Central AC and I had a ton of questions about this. Jorge, the owner, was very thorough in explaining what the job will entail, how the AC unit will work to cool our house, and he will draw up an estimate for the implementation. They serviced my furnace, explained everything regarding my unit, and made sure to turn all of the lights off and shut the doors on their way out.Very very professional HVAC company, I highly recommend them for any and all heating ventilation and cooling needs!“

“We chose Airtec Service to install two Mitsubishi Heat Pump ducted systems as well as one ductless unit in one large room as a supplemental to replace our old heating and cooling system on the 2nd floor.The installation team did an amazing job. They arrived promptly and clean up beautifully. The team ran into a few challenges because the configuration of our house is complicated and old. They solved each problem without any issues. And they finished the job on time as promised.We had the systems installed in May this year (2023). We waited 6 months to post this review because we wanted to make sure the systems work well in the Summer as well as Winter. The systems run efficiently with no issues. Our electricity bills have been lower compare to our past bills. We are going to receive tax credit for our tax return! We are happy to switch to the heat pump system!!Shirley at the office was also helpful, patient and responsive.We have been recommending them to our friends for any heating and cooling services. And we will use them again when we are ready to replace our 1st floor system with the Mitsubishi Heat Pump ducted system!“
“I have a boiler that turn off by itself and do not want to start , I call a company to come and check it , they told me that the boiler is broke that I need a new system , then I google and found matthew company , I call him to get an estimate for a new boiler , when he came he said let me clean and check the boiler first. The 4th was the Sunday so we agreed they would come on the 5th Monday the observed Holiday to get it installed and they did, have not heard other complaints since from the Tenant. They are a good vendor I believe for commercial/residential rental properties. Fantastic service!“
