John came and saved the day for me! Not only did he fix my unit, but took the time to go above and beyond by reassuring me about some issues I was concerned about. He took extra time to explain everything he was doing, and was very informative. Trust is important when dealing with expensive systems and his experience shows. He was very punctual, responsive and fair pricing. I will be using Seven Star for all my heating and cooling needs from now on.
