Excellent experience from the 1st start of making an appointment, it was effortless, I unfortunately cant remember the representative name, but she was friendly and patient and explained the process to me. My Technician {Sayed} was truly amazing, very clean before and after, very friendly, wore booties, explained the work he did in full detail, what was going to be done with the cleaning of the ducts, etc., I'm so pleased with "Legends Air Duct Cleaning"! I've had others in the past, and this Company supersedes any of them by far. Said (apologize if I spelt your name wrong) is very professional and considerate. He took his time and even pointed things out to me that he probably didn’t have to, but you can tell he honestly cares.Pros:On time and has very reasonable time frames.Was glad he wore boot covers before entering the house. Not a lot of people do that anymore.Very patient with the work and took the time to explain everything in detail.Made sure the work was done to perfection.Con: None. I honestly couldn’t think of one negative thing to say.I will 100% recommend him to everyone out there.
