“We had another company install a new HVAC unit that kept stopping shortly after installation. The company tried everything (including getting into a fight with the gas company over needing to increase the gas flow into the house) BUT the right thing. After they recommended we needed to replace the ducts with larger ducts as the solution, we called Air Creations. The guy showed up and was able to figure out the problem instantly (moving a switch in the other direction). Not only are they knowledgeable, they didn't try to upsell me and they're reasonably priced. They're the only company we use for our yearly maintenance and the only one we'll call if we have an issue with our HVAC unit.“
