“Could not recommend Shai and his team enough!! This is not something that he does on a regular basis, but he came as soon as I called him late last night. We had a leak from our shower upstairs going into our laundry room. I called Shai and without hesitation he said I am on my way home I will be right over. This is the kind of service he extends to his customers 24/7. He diagnosed the problem and this morning he and his team of 4 trucks were here fixing it without question. They saved our master bathroom from a huge leak and our laundry room from an even bigger flood. Thank you Shai for not only fixing our leak but treating us like family always. “Water leak today when temperature is 10 degrees. Had to turn off water at the main. Called 2 companies, the first gave us a 4 hour window and at the fourth hour canceled via text. Second company gave hour and a glass half window but canceled because he thought we said WoodRidge when we clearly gave our full address in Woodbridge.
Luckily we called King Arthur. He arrived in under 30 minutes. So was very friendly and found the problem very quickly. He made the repairs and offered things we could do to prevent future problems. Pricing for winter late night emergency call was affordable. I have added King Arthur to my contacts for any other plumbing needs and referrals.“

“Our AC official gave out last year. The 2 window AC units we had were ok but we needed full coverage for the house. At first we thought PSE&G would replace it but since our AC was so old and not put in by them, they didn't want to touch it.
