“We chose Airtec Service to install two Mitsubishi Heat Pump ducted systems as well as one ductless unit in one large room as a supplemental to replace our old heating and cooling system on the 2nd floor.The installation team did an amazing job. They arrived promptly and clean up beautifully. The team ran into a few challenges because the configuration of our house is complicated and old. They solved each problem without any issues. And they finished the job on time as promised.We had the systems installed in May this year (2023). We waited 6 months to post this review because we wanted to make sure the systems work well in the Summer as well as Winter. The systems run efficiently with no issues. Our electricity bills have been lower compare to our past bills. We are going to receive tax credit for our tax return! Our aircon needs a capacitor and Sergio has the supply on his truck.He gave me tips on how to properly maintain my aircon units. “This company came to me by accident and it was a Blessing. A couple of years ago they knocked on my door to install a boiler, but they knocked on the wrong door, it was 3rd house by me. And I wrote there phone number from there vehicle down because I was in need of a boiler and I found that a sign to call them. Their owner Matt is Awesome, he’s honest and very professional. He gave me a fare great price compared to other companies and is very trustworthy. His receptionist Jennifer and workers are incredibly great, very knowledgeable and professional, they’ve done a GREAT job on my new heat boiler, l felt so blessed that they came to my door by accident, l am so thankful to this great company, owner Matt, receptionist Jennifer and all workers, l truly recommend people to call them. There the best out there, trust me I had 4 quotes before them and those were ridiculously high and shady.
