I am so incredibly impressed with this company's integrity and customer service. After I initially posted about my AC issues, the owner reached out immediately. He came out personally, cleaned our outdoor unit, and thoroughly inspected the HVAC system.
Even though the issue was hard to pinpoint at first because the AC was temporarily running, he was incredibly patient and educational. When it stopped again a few days later, I called him directly. He came right back out, quickly diagnosed a faulty transformer, and replaced it. Our AC is now running perfectly.
