I have a boiler that turn off by itself and do not want to start , I call a company to come and check it , they told me that the boiler is broke that I need a new system , then I google and found matthew company , I call him to get an estimate for a new boiler , when he came he said let me clean and check the boiler first. He did and found the problem and fix it , I am grateful because he is an honest person . And did an excellent job , thank you so much.Services: Heating system repair

Matt and his team are excellent. My water heater started leaking and it was a mess. I called a few places and felt I was speaking to a customer service rep. I thank God I found Preferred Plus-Matt who is the owner picked up the phone..and was at a job already. He took the time to find the heater that I needed to replaced/installed. He got right back to me with price and he was able to install it the same day. He explained everything it was replaced no mess. No issues definitely a must. Great price too. When our HVAC system was on the ropes, Preferred was recommended to my wife & I in our local forum. After reaching out, Matt came by to assess the situation with our system and we decided it was time for a new one to get installed.Professional, knowledgable, and efficient, Matt and his co-workers came to install an entirely new HVAC unit and they knocked it out of the park! The entire crew were great to communicate with and the job they did was excellent. Preferred took care of everything from start-up to clean up. I would not hesitate to call Preferred Plus again.
