“Starting with an emergency service call that Terri set up to installation work performed, top-notch technicians, service and installation.<br>Chris was the Service Technician who showed up within the time I was told for emergency service call. He was able to get my system working again during one of this summer's brutal heat waves and explained what he found, what work he performed and what my next steps would be.<br>I spoke with Lisa in the office and she also was very helpful with any questions that I had.<br>A quote for an updated, new system was provided and three Installers were at my house on time to perform the work. The three Installers, Tom, Jake and Logan, worked hard to get the new equipment installed and the old equipment removed.<br>They brought protective coverings for my wood floors and cleaned up afterwards; you would never know work was done. Tom went over everything with me and made sure to answer any questions that I had.<br>Everyone that I have dealt with, Terri, Lisa, Chris, Tom, Jake and Logan, have all been a pleasure to deal with. Everyone knows what they are doing and I would highly recommend Reed's to anyone that is looking for a cooling/heating company.<br>A big thank you to all of you for your help and hard work.”

“We recently had Atlantic Air Systems replace both HVAC systems in our shore home, and overall our experience with the company has been excellent.<br><br>From my initial discussions with Colin through the installation and follow-up with Frank, everyone has been professional, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely concerned about doing the job right.<br><br>I was particularly impressed with our installers, Kurt and Mike. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and conscientious, and the quality of their work was excellent.<br><br>We did have a water leak following the installation, but it turned out to be from a connection that was part of the original installation and not something Kurt or Mike had done. Nevertheless, they came back, found the problem and fixed it. Even more impressive, they found the same potential problem on the other system and corrected that as well.<br><br>We are still working through an issue with the cooling performance of the upstairs system, so that part is not completely resolved yet. However, Frank and Colin have been very responsive, and based on my experience with them so far, I am confident they will work with us to get it resolved.<br><br>I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and unfortunately truly good service has become increasingly difficult to find. Atlantic Air Systems has been a refreshing exception. Their people take pride in their work, communicate well and stand behind what they do.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Atlantic Air Systems.”

“Very thankful my neighbor recommended this company. More than four different companies have went to “service” or “repair” my AC unit and got the usual run around of “oh your system needs a cleaning”, “yup it’s broken, you’ll need a new one”, “we’ll see what we can do”. Bunch of incompetent people working for a larger company that just don’t care and want to go home because it’s 5pm and quitting time. I implore you to stop searching Google for companies with the highest review count or large name brand companies that just will not give you the customer service or care of the good ol days.<br><br>Nick came out on July 3rd when any company you would try and call would say something like “it’s going to be a few days” or “we’re overbooked and can’t come until next week. After a long day and fighting heat exhaustion from calls all day in 150 degree attics to give me the best explanation of what is wrong with the system and start considering all the options to get it fixed, not replaced. He didn’t have the time or parts to make the adjustments the system needed that day, which was fine because the air conditioning started when night came as expected. So we made plans to go ahead with his idea of reconfiguring the dampeners in the attic. My system was built as messy split network of ducts that would shut down the AC unit on +90 degree days. Do you want to know what the big companies would do if I called them? They would send two guys out and spray my AC unit outside with a garden hose, charge me $150, then try and push on me a new unit or some overpriced service that had no relation to the core issue whatsoever (multiple companies did this). The technicians acted professional but belonged behind a desk.<br><br>So the AC continued to work (struggle) through the week as it normally has while I try and set a date so I can have Nick show me my system and get my hands dirty and learn. While waiting for a gap when the house is empty (because renters were occupying it) we got hit with another heat wave a week later and I messaged the renters hoping the AC was working fine….nope. Shut down again and 300miles away. I call up Nick, and just asked he could go buy a few window units like the renters requested, for temporary relief until we get a day when the house is vacant for the actual fix. He says “nope, let me try and fix it today rather than you (me) waste money on a bunch of window units that are going to do a poor job”. Shows up like King he is, and got it fixed. Nick stayed until 9/9:30pm when most would have tapped out only to come back the next day while you try and sleep in an oven all night.<br><br>Very appreciative and thankful, support small businesses, recognize skill and knowledge over branding or mainstream providers, respect the ripped jeans over the clipboard carrier…and you may just find yourself a King.”
