Excellent service! Jason from My Heating Guy is the one to call. We were told by another company that our A/C couldn’t be fixed and had to be replaced after waiting a day for them to come out. He came out an hour (6:00PM) after calling. I wish Jason was recommended before we had the other company come out. He worked for about 2 hours explaining every step and was able to fix it. That was about a month ago and it’s still working perfectly. He is a miracle worker and I can’t thank him enough.
Easiest 5/5 review I've ever given.
Called on July 3rd during a heat wave when the upstairs A/C stopped working. Jason came within the hour, so already impressive during presumably a busy time.
My unit was 20 years old so I was anticipating a new system being needed which ended up being the case but Jason really put in the work to try every solution possible, no immediate upsell like you're used to these days.
Install of the new system was timely, it works great, and Jason spent the time to go over everything he was going to do and finished.

We had an outstanding experience with Jason! During the extreme heat wave on July 3rd, when so many companies were overwhelmed with service calls, he still made the time to come out and help us. That level of dedication and commitment to his customers speaks volumes.
He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue with our central air system. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what was going on. What impressed us most was that he even checked in afterward to make sure our home was cooling down properly.
