Great service! Called on the Sunday of a holiday weekend when my AC stopped cooling my home. The phone was answered, service person notified, and arrived to my home in about one hour. Problem found and fixed by professional service person Brian. Will be scheduling with BC Express to have the system replaced. Very impressed with the service and professionalism.

Same level of professionalism. Brian and his partner arrived at my home on time, got to work and had my new system up and running, cooling my home on yet another 90 degree day. Very happy customer.
The young man was very efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He is also very polite. But unfortunately he could not fix the problem. He said I need a new unit. So now I'm waiting for your call to give me an estimate.
