My elderly mother's AC system was recently checked out by Air Concepts Heating & Cooling during the recent heat wave. Everyone that was involved was super professional, courteous and respectful which means so much when an aging parent lives alone. Justin was incredibly responsive with a quick dispatch and his technician, Wade was a big hit with my mom. His patience and professionalism impressed her and that is hard to do! Thank you to Jenn in the office who organized the visit and is such a pleasure to work with. Overall, the best possible service experience one could ever ask for. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs!

Bought a new house in winter with poss AC problem; sure enough, when hot enough, central AC didn't work. Called these guys who were so helpful; told me that they had actually done the install and they checked the warranty for the unit. Then they were at my house 3 hours later and repaired the issue quickly. They are honest and get the job done. What else can you ask for from a contractor?
