My heat stopped working yesterday. The technician came today and all it was was to replace two thermostats.
Had technician to our house yesterday to check our air/heat pump. Believe his name was Brian very nice and explained things to my husband and I. We became informed that Kelly had passed and we would like to express our condolences. We have been using the company since 2022 with no issues and we’re on a service /maintenance contract yearly with never any issues. When my husband called yesterday the gal he spoke to was pretty clueless in understanding what he was calling about . Then he spoke to owner who was not very nice and seemed perturbed that our unit was not purchased from them or that they installed it. The house was brand new when we moved in and unfortunately we were not given the information or installation date of this unit. But what bothers me until engaging with him prior to this we have never had an issue . As owner you should be a little more helpful and understanding with your faithful customers. You guys had come highly recommended actually from a technician from your main competitor. Would like to add that Cordell on a few service calls was our technician and he is wonderful . There was an issue whether or not we did in fact have service contracts prior and we produced everything to Brian while he was here. We looked forward every season to hearing from Kelly and now I believe it will be Nicollette to renew our contract . In moving forward here’s hoping that there will be no issues and better communication on the owners part should my husband ever need to engage with him again . One last thing when scheduled to come to our home for a maintenance appt . Please make sure you have our size filter in your vehicle as it is part of the maintenance contract . I understand yesterday was a service call and not maintenance service. Thanks much
My heat stopped working last night, with a new born and a new litter of puppies ADE made it a priority to come out and get our heat back up and running!
