Frank Hess and Kim were awesome in helping me obtain NEIF loan to replace my ac unit last year. Installation of unit was a breeze and techs worked cleanly and efficiently. Everyone involved very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly, highly recommend!
Thank you so much Atlantic air for coming out promptly when our pilot light went out !! They were able to squeeze us into their schedule address the issue and fix it for a reasonable cost. Would absolutely recommend this company. Their service man Jack was thorough explained the issue, what caused it, how he was able to fix it and was very professional.
The team came out today to replace my humidifier and I was extremely impressed at the service and how respectful the team was. They took the time to explain everything to me and did not leave until all my questions were answered. 5 stars!
