After a good experience with them last year, I needed a repair on my A/C due to a clogged pipe. I called for an appointment on Thurs afternoon and Dave provided an appointment for early the following morning. The tech Chris was terrific. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also found we didn't have a filter or an appropriate place to put one, so he built a bracket and found a filter which he was able to place for us. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and completed all the work within an hour, saving us the potential additional hourly charge.
