“I hired Dennis and his son to repair a leaking HVAC attic duct. The work was performed as promised, efficiently and neatly. The price quoted was well below local competitors. Dennis said he has been doing this work for 40+ years and it really wasn't a big deal. It was a big deal and a lot of work. I've built homes myself and it wasn't an easy job, I promise. When I asked why he was so reasonable compared to other local contractors Dennis said he doesn't need to quote high prices because he is known and respected by locals in the area and known for treating people fairly.
