The technicians are always on time, polite and friendly. The company is always there if you need them for any HVAC problem you are having.
Service person described the problem very clearly. The repairs and service were completed in short time. He was very professional.
Fabulous customer service and a great team. Very knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and easy to schedule service. Reasonably priced ! When other A/C Heating companies aren’t available… JH Roberts will be there !! They’ve performed emergency services for me too… hot water issues in the dead of winter, and got a same day appt. Highly recommend!
