The Saturday after Thanksgiving our heating system just stopped working. Dale from One Hour was at our house 4 hours after we called. He tracked down the problem and ordered a replacement part. We have a maintenance plan with One Hour and they honored it. Nick came to fix the unit as soon as they got the part and stayed until we had heat.
