Nick was phenomenal to deal with. He explained everything and really took the time to make sure I understood the job and my options. I never felt like he was upselling me. He truly cared about me as the homeowner and wanted me to be happy with the work performed by him. He also made sure he registered all my parts and helped setup the WiFi enabled thermostat. I can’t say enough good things about him and his worker Vince who assisted on my install. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Nick.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Kingdom First Heating & Cooling for their outstanding service, which spanned over last five hours of the day. Nick was truly god sent being a Saturday at 4:30. The initial issue with my water heater pilot not staying lit led to the discovery of a faulty thermal heater coupler. However, the technician's additional findings, including major burn marks and corrosion, raised significant concerns.
