“Nick was great. He was friendly and honest. He also showed up in the time window I was given. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the lack of communication and understanding of the office staff.”
“Came to clean dryer vent did a great job even fixed a issue didn't know we had the vent was not hooked up it blew into attic glad he was here”
“I called Anthony yesterday because my freezer wasn’t making ice. He asked the brand and said he wouldn’t even bother fixing it because it would probably keep happening. But told me to try and defrost it myself and that should do the trick. Well it worked like a charm! He could have come out and charged me for fixing it or just to come and say it couldn’t be fixed but he didn’t! Not too many repairmen would do the right thing like he did! I appreciate his honesty and just being a good human!! 10/10”
