“As a customer thats on automatic delivery for propane I never thought I’d have to worry about it not being here. The day before a monster storm I noticed our hot water wasn’t getting hot and our thermostat started going down…..We added a huge heater to our garage and didnt relay that to our propane company. “Firsts time using New Era Plumbing and Heating called as my system was providing heat and I couldn't shut off. Connor their tech arrived and was super kind, respectful, and professional. He explained he would be doing a diagnostic test to see what was going on. Unfortunately he said it wasn't the thermostat and would need an electrician. First time experience was very good and will use them again in the future.

There were several times during the process that additional support technicians from Joyce came to assist the core team with various tasks , ensuring the most expert results. Benjamin regularly updated us with progress and next steps, and spent time while we set up the Lenox app showing us how to program and manage the thermostat. We would highly recommend Joyce for HVAC work, and are fortunate to have been given a recommendation from our realtor. “Edward arrived promptly on time, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my dead a/c quickly and I decided it would be cost-prohibitive to repair and will arrange for a replacement unit instead. Give Edward a pat on the back for doing his job well and being a total professional.

Alex came to my property and installed a fresh air intake vent and replaced an old exhaust vent on my furnace. He was professional, courteous, and very informative in explaining his work. completed the work quickly and everything looks great. He certainly represents Walley's as a top company to use. On installation day (Wednesday 15 October) Ben and Kaleb showed up on time and completed removal of our existing system and installed the new unit all within 5-1/2 hours.
