“Firsts time using New Era Plumbing and Heating called as my system was providing heat and I couldn't shut off. Connor their tech arrived and was super kind, respectful, and professional. He explained he would be doing a diagnostic test to see what was going on. Unfortunately he said it wasn't the thermostat and would need an electrician. First time experience was very good and will use them again in the future.

Benjamin regularly updated us with progress and next steps, and spent time while we set up the Lenox app showing us how to program and manage the thermostat. “Our furnace/hot water heater failed. We called Walley's and they sent Bryan to our house to diagnose the problem. He quickly determined that the transformer on the furnace failed and we needed a replacement. He ordered the part promptly. He returned to our house and installed the part on Sunday afternoon. We are really grateful for his working on a Sunday to re-store our furnace and tankless hot water heater. He did an excellent job. Also, he thoroughly cleaned the work area around our furnace. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the make and model of our 10 year old furnace. We truly appreciate his dedication and hard work in fixing our furnace.“

They came the day after I called for a quote and were able to install my new boiler just a couple days later when other companies couldn’t come for weeks or months. I had called about replacing my boiler in November when it was COLD! Their quotes were very reasonable, they were incredibly accommodating and moved mountains to get the job done in one day since it was the week of Thanksgiving. They were clean and tidy and did amazing quality work. I LOVE my new top of the line system 2000 boiler! Bill is so wonderful to work with. “Had major issues with my hot water heater, and was dealing w cold showers, etc. I called the “other guys”. The” other guys” charged me $225 just to swing over and look at it, and then said it was shot. The “other guys” told me I needed to pay $5,000 for a new system. I wasn’t too happy.

I then heard about extra time from a friend, and left a message that I was hoping to get a second opinion. They called me back within 20 minutes, and offered to show up the next day. They fixed the situation that same day for about $700.

“EarthTech designed and installed a groundwater heat pump system in our 2400 square foot home. We already had a MassSave approved insulation and weatherization upgrade completed, which was necessary to install the groundwater heat pump. EarthTech was professional and pleasant to work with at all times. The installation is professional and neat. The project came in on budget with no surprises. EarthTech also helped us with the paperwork needed to obtain a MassSave rebate. We are very pleased with how the system is working. It has kept us warm in a chilly May and cool in a hot June. We are optimistic about how the system will perform during the next winter.“
