“We first called on Cal’s, a few years ago, when our AC was only blowing hot air. I was expecting a huge cost to repair. Cal’s promptly arrived and quickly determined is was a blown capacitor. In and out for about $100 when I was anticipating several hundred. Fast forward to last Thursday. We had decided to upgrade our AC to a three zone mini split, and a new more efficient condenser for the high velocity system we use for the second floor. In our minds, there was only ONE company to call. Cal’s came out with less than a two week lead time to get on their schedule. They performed the work in less than 5 hours. Right now we are sitting in our house, nice and cool, while it’s 93 degrees outside. One of our dogs was so cool, her nose was running! We have found, through our experience, that Cal’s is a very trustworthy, honest, prompt company with reasonable prices and expert service and installation.“

“Our boiler suddenly died during a cold spell, so we were without heat and hot water. We were lucky to find David's Plumbing- they were very responsive to our emergency, The price for replacement was very good, considering that it also included replacing the very old water heater that could have gone at any time and been an extra expense down the road. They were very organized , completed the job in one day. and everyone, from the office to the workers that came to the home were very personable, helpful and professional.“

While they were in my basement they also noticed my sump pump wasn’t functioning properly and fixed it for me, something that if they hadn’t noticed, would have caused a huge headache in my life. On installation day (Wednesday 15 October) Ben and Kaleb showed up on time and completed removal of our existing system and installed the new unit all within 5-1/2 hours. “Firsts time using New Era Plumbing and Heating called as my system was providing heat and I couldn't shut off. Connor their tech arrived and was super kind, respectful, and professional. He explained he would be doing a diagnostic test to see what was going on. Unfortunately he said it wasn't the thermostat and would need an electrician. First time experience was very good and will use them again in the future.
