He did some research and ascertained that the Unit was one of the first manufactured by them and that the thermoelectric parts were sourced from China, and no longer available. John took the time to do this without having to come out for a service call that saved me lots of money. His efforts were very much appreciated and additionally he provided contact names and numbers at Wine Enthusiast that I can network for purchasing a new Unit. Thanks much John. “Mike performed a duct cleaning and did an excellent job plus some.Due to medical issues, I was concerned about any duct dirt getting into the house; he was conscientious of preventing any escape of the duct dust and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable staying in the house while the ducts were cleaned.While cleaning the ducts, he looked around, took photos of the areas (ie:attic) so we could see what he saw, and went out of his way to share suggestions on how to keep out contaminates.On the way out, they cleaned their way to the front door leaving no trace they were even here (except for the clean ducts).He really cares about what he is doing and helping people keep their homes healthy to live in as evidenced by his willingness to share his expertise so freely. Highly recommend.“

“Recently, I had a water leak on a Sunday evening. No other plumbing companies in the area would help me and I was extremely concerned as a first time homeowner. Eric answered my call by the second phone ring and was at my home within the hour for something that may not be an emergency to an expert but was an emergency to me. Stan gave me options I could not refuse with such great prices while reassuring me it would not only be done quick but done in the best way possible. He said it would be 3-4 days and amazingly his guys came in and completed the removal of my old system and installation of the new one in 2 days!! The work was impeccable and I had no complaints! “Just can't recommend them enough!!!! 3 Brothers did a awesome job of installing a master bath, and repairing my A/C in my old house. We just moved and wanted to do some major updating/upgrading. So far they have added a water line and drain for the washer, a new water line for the new fridge, a gas line for the new stove, and a slop sink in the basement, which required a pump. They showed up promptly, were courteous, professional, and when they were done, cleaned up not only what was there because of them, but vacuumed most of my basement. They will be coming back to update our master bath, just as soon as the supplier can get the parts. Come summer time, I'm sure they will be here to service my A/C, and come winter to service my heat. Simply the best!“
