“Had major issues with my hot water heater, and was dealing w cold showers, etc. I called the “other guys”. The” other guys” charged me $225 just to swing over and look at it, and then said it was shot. The “other guys” told me I needed to pay $5,000 for a new system. I wasn’t too happy.
I then heard about extra time from a friend, and left a message that I was hoping to get a second opinion. They called me back within 20 minutes, and offered to show up the next day. They fixed the situation that same day for about $700.
