I've been using them for years, never any issues, drivers are great and I like the pre pay plan to lock in a rate. My only gripe and it's not that big of a deal is I can't order service online if I'm using the pre pay plan that would be nice but a phone call won't kill me lol.

Today I had my annual cleaning on two Renai wall units and a fireplace insert. Dan King and J did the work and were very thorough, answered my questions and they cleaned up their work area as they went from room to room. Dan had a great feel for details and took his time making sure he didn’t miss anything that could be a problem later.The fireplace insert is outdated and ready to be replaced so it is a challenge to service but Dan and J got it clean and back up to speed so I can get another couple of years use from it.I’ve been an Eastern Propane customer for over twenty years and service technicians like Dan and J are part of the reason.An exceptional company...read full review

Eastern propane has been awesome. Firstly they actually called us back and scheduled a site survey. That’s sounds simple, but try to get some of the other companies to call you back, yea not happening.There staff was awesome, really clear communicators, and answered all my questions. I didn’t get the sense I was a bother at all. The installers we had were the best, straight and direct and friendly. They got the job done throughly. No issues at all.When they came out to do my first fill, different guy, same friendliness.It was definitely a great experience.
