He did some research and ascertained that the Unit was one of the first manufactured by them and that the thermoelectric parts were sourced from China, and no longer available. John took the time to do this without having to come out for a service call that saved me lots of money. His efforts were very much appreciated and additionally he provided contact names and numbers at Wine Enthusiast that I can network for purchasing a new Unit. Thanks much John.
