My service man James was not only personable and friendly, but very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me suggestions on other things that I could do for all my furnaces and water heaters. He provided quotes for additional work that I needed and questions that I needed answered, he found the information quickly for me. I had shopped around for prices before calling for Fagundes at all the other local plumbing and heating places around . Fagundes prices were definitely the best around and the service was simply top-notch.
