I had multiple different issues on my house this past month from furnace issues to leaks in the piping. I worked with many different team members from New Era and the entire team is great. They are knowledgeable and extremely professional. When determining the cause of the issues, they shared all the details and educated me along the way. After performing the work they cleaned up spotless, which is always nice to see. Highly recommend.

The whole experience with New Era was spectacular. Starting with Taryn who was a pleasure to deal with scheduling and details, to Shane and crew and their execution. They roughed in an entire basement bathroom in one day! Steve made plumbing look easy and Billy and Eshan were critical to getting the project done one time. Very happy with the work done and would recommend New Era to anyone!

We called New Era to have a mini split system installed at our office. Shane came out was knowledgeable, thorough, and sized the appropriate unit for our needs. The installation was done in 1 days thanks to Shane, Eshan and Danny. Highly recommend.
