“Tyler was very, courteous engaging and very professional. He came 2 times Tuesday and Wednesday and he had to give us the sad news on late Wednesday that we needed a new furnace. He show his concern that we will not have heat and promised he would stop back and drop off heaters within next few days which he did on Friday. Much appreciated. He is certainly an asset to your company. Hopefully furnace will be installed asap have sent the contract back.“

“Gas Connection came right away to fix my furnace, Jason figured out what the problem was and noticed another issue with a gasket needing to be replaced. My furnace runs so much better and shuts off like it suppose with no problems. He also replaced the thermostat. Jason took the time to explain the problem and did a awesome job.Highly recommend them for sure.“

“When it was determined that our boiler was on its way out, I contacted Bobby to work up quotes for my options. When we made our decision and arranged financing, we gave him the green light to schedule us in for a complete replacement. Within 3 1/2 weeks the work was done. The technicians (four to start) went right to town and with no breaks at all got the job done in a day and a few hours including clean-up. The lead tech explained all the new and added pieces to me as well as answering any questions I had. I highly recommend Masi.“
