My Navien tankless water heater was having flow and temperature issues with the hot water sometimes suddenly stoping for seconds to minutes. They quickly diagnosed the issue (flow sensor and mixing valve) and had the needed replacement parts on their truck. Mike provided me a reasonable quote for the parts and labor, and half an hour later the hot water heater was again fully functional. Great work at a reasonable price and was done quickly.
