Ethan provided great service. He was here to install a new pump on the furnace, which he did very quickly. While doing that he said he smelled gas. He took extra time to go to his truck and get a spray bubble solution. He used it to locate the leak on one of the joints in the gas line. He then stayed and helped us locate a plumber who could fix the issue. This was far beyond his original task and very important. He was very dedicated to providing excellent service.
