“I love the hydro snake with the camera. I had lots of roots and Scott blasted them all out. Nothing better than being able to see that the sewer line is clear all the way to the street. They spent the time to do the job right. I recommend these guys over anyone else.“
“Simon from JPS was fantastic when he came to do a furnace inspection (he happened to be available earlier than scheduled so called ahead to see if he could come early, which worked out great for me). When he noticed the age of our furnace, he suggested an additional inspection of the heat exchanger, and while I'm always wary of being upsold, he took the time to explain how a furnace works and what is and isn't checked in a regular inspection. I went for the additional inspection and was grateful he suggested it as I now have full confidence in the health of our furnace coming into the arctic portion of Calgary winter. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, clearly enjoys what he does, and was even great with our pets :) Thanks JPS and Simon!“

“I highly recommend Haines Climate Control!My furnace stopped working on a Saturday night. After trying to DIY troubleshoot the issue and watching tons of YouTube videos, I could not figure out the problem.As the temperature in my house was dropping and getting quite cold, I called Jeremy early Sunday morning and he was able to fit me in his schedule a few hours later.He is a professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Furnace started pumping out hot air shortly after he arrived and house was warm again. We take for granted these HVAC systems working all the time and it is very stressful when they fail to work. I would trust Haines Climate Control with any HVAC issues.“

“18 yr old Carrier furnace starting having issues and D&K got Tyler and Oleg out first thing in the morning to diagnose and resulted in a cracked heat exchanger which wasn't a huge surprise to me. Tyler, Matt with sales and Dave did a great job explaining the options, choices and making sure the we understood the proposals for repair or replace and what the pro's and con's of each were. We gave them the greenlight on Monday afternoon to replace and the new furnace was installed on Wednesday morning by Joe and Jake who did a great job! Professional, efficient, cleaned up and left it far better then they found it and best of all delivering heat! Very happy with the decision to use D & K and will strongly recommend them to others!“

“Keats is the best. It is such a trustworthy, family owned business. We had our AC break down. He took time to stop by on an already very booked day to diagnose our problem. The faulty part was not available so then he located it for us. He stopped by after his busy day to fix it. What a blessing to not be without air on the long 4th of July weekend!
