Called the company that installed the unit, and all I was told was “cant fit you in until Monday.” House of 6 with 3 dogs in a stuffy high 80s degree house for 5 days sounds fun… not. She asked what the unit was doing and gave a lot of suggestions of things to try to see if it happened to be something basic like changing the filter. Lets be honest, who thinks about changing the filter on a regular basis, not me! Could tell she wanted to help us. When those ideas were not working, she got a tech to us first thing the very next day! Mike was very quick at getting us up and running again.
