I would give 10 stars if I could. I called Carrie at 6 am and she was kind and courteous and had a tech named Dillan at my house by 7 AM. He figured out the problem right away. They aren't the cheapest but definitely not as expensive as the 1 I was using and they were out right away. Response time was excellent, service excellent. Highly Recommend

Caleb went the extra mile and troubleshot our malfunctioning thermostat, by passed the smart hub, and installed a new thermostat. Very professional. Would recommend in a heart beat.Service: HVAC system repair

Had to make an after hours call when I my AC stopped working on a hot day. Dylan immediately knew what the problem was and replaced the part. He was informative, friendly, and very courteous. I know I can always count on Apex to take care of my system.
