called APEX to complete a whole other reason. Asked technician Jacob to look at my coil for a cleaning… he gave a look and found my a/c was leaking freon and the compressor- capacitor were on their lowest readings… he took great care took all the readings and called in his supervisor to read as well. Thanks Jacob we appreciate your honest service and your patience.
AC went down and made a call to Apex because they had great reviews. Tech was out within a few hours, quickly diagnosed the problem, confirmed it with a supervisor and I was scheduled for repair quickly. Great communication during the process.
