“Came home to water gushing out of the bottom of my gas water heater. Called Contents Restoration and they actually picked up the phone at 5:30 on Friday afternoon!!!. They were at my house within the hour with 3 guys, 1 lady. 5 minutes later after they came, a licensed plumber (their referral) got there to get the water all shut off and assess the situation. The water was all cleaned/sucked up, baseboards removed and 7 fans along with a big dehumidifier were put in to begin the drying process. I would recommend this company any day, all day!“

I asked him to inspect my home’s crawl space and let me know of any problems that needed to be addressed. After doing the inspection he informed me (gasp!!!) that everything was fine and no work was needed. “Just as we were finishing in the kitchen in my fraternity brother's home, we discovered a leak in the pipes flooding the hardwood floors. A quick call to my uncle (who is also my insurance agent) and I had the contact info for our heroes, Puroclean, on speed dial. In just a couple of hours, Spencer arrived and positioned several fans and evaporating units to dry out the hall, kitchen, and surrounding area. He put them to work and set a return date for the following week. Right on time, he returned with his buddy Chandler and removed all of the damaged material, flooring and trim work etc to make room for the contractors who would come afterwards to replace it.The guys were extremely hard-working and right on time, charming and very engaged in both their work and in welcome conversation.
