“After having one technician come in and say the job was done within 45 mins, (not a good experience) but Dave came and went through every inch on our property and make sure the problem is being handled properly!!! He explained things throughout the process, he treated our property as his own, he took extra steps to make sure our issue was being resolved.. I would definitely recommend him!!! “I hate to come back with this review but my lawn care person called me to schedule an appointment and told me what treatment would be done. I didn't know that there was additional fee for the services. So when I called and Kimberly gave me the price I wanted to know why the bill was higher than normal. I advised her that I was not told this in advance. I paid my normal charge and thanked Kimberly (which she should've been thanking me for using the company.) Instead she says "Ummhumm" to me which is rude. I repeated "Ummhumm" and she hung up the phone. My husband and I discussed the rudeness and I called back and asked for a supervisor. Kimberly the same rep proceeded to ask me why I needed a supervisor and I explained that telling a customer "Ummhumm" and hanging the phone up is rude. Since she wouldn't give me the information that I asked for I told her I'd write a review. I've used your company for 3 years and have never been charged anything other than my normal monthly charge. I need for a manager to call me and explain why my bill was $104 for my February svc. Thanks in advance. My number should be listed.2/26/24 A very nice gentleman from Fairway Green called me back and was very understanding and apologetic. I was in the process of looking for another lawn svc company which I didn't want to do because they do an excellent job treating our lawn.“
