Ben was my service technician he was prompt , knowledgeable, and thorough with my inspection appointment. He was rep table and had a positive attitude.Service: Termite inspection
Seth did a great job, very thorough, went above and beyond my expectations, very personable and kind. Not to many guys out there that take pride in their jobs these days! It's obvious Seth is the exception.
Been using Killingsworth pest service for 18 months and have been fairly pleased with their service for termites and pest services. I know it depends greatly on the technician you get, but this last time Chris did a great job in treating for ants around the outside of the house. He explained what type of ants I was seeing, how to treat for them, and why I was seeing them. I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to take the time to explain so much. I haven't used Killingsworth for any other services, but so far for the pest service, they seem to do a good job and I will see if I can request specific technicians in the future.
