Servpro of West Mecklenburg County was needed on three different occasions due to tree damage to our church. They were on property the same day we called and immediately helped mitigate the water damage. Once the areas had been dried, they removed the equipment instead of leaving it running with no effect. Customer service was great and I highly recommend their services should you find yourself needing this kind of service. Great job!!
Craig and his team provided 5-star service not only with our flood remediation, but also with moving our belongings out of the flooded home, cleaning and storing them, and then moving them into our new home. They were much better than a moving company, even though that is not technically their specialty. It’s great to see that some companies still have pride in their work and really care about their customers!
Craig was amazing!! From his quick response time to getting to the property to the remediation all the way down to the communication! He walked me through every step of the process. Highly recommend!!
