“Awesome experience. Caleb and Walt did an excellent job. Very pleased with the service they provided. They were professional, and kind. They moved furniture and got my carpet clean. They wore shoe covers which gave me the confidence that my carpet was clean and they took pride in their work and making me a happy and satisfied customer. Hopefully the next time I need my carpet cleaned they will be available for me to request them. Thanks guys!! Appreciate you both.”
“We called United Water for a water leak throughout our house. They sent Josh out to do the initial assessment for free. He was so thorough with the information that he provided us that we decided to go with United water over 3 other companies. Once water mitigation started the several crews took care of us, Mario, LA, Jay, Jose, and Gage’s crew kept us up to speed the entire time and making sure all areas with water damage were dry. We would highly recommend this team.”
“My toddler threw a plastic toy down the toilet that unfortunately flushed down into the pipes. As well as us happening to need a few clogged drains fixed in the house that we had been stalling to fix. Zai came out to assist. Would absolutely recommend this company and will be using again. Excellent prompt respectful and knowledge service! All Fixed same day within a few hours.”
