If Diogenes and his lantern ever come to Charlotte looking for an honest man, they should go straight to John. I asked him to inspect my home’s crawl space and let me know of any problems that needed to be addressed. After doing the inspection he informed me (gasp!!!) that everything was fine and no work was needed. This after another company, who shall remain nameless but whose initials are DP, tried to convince me the same crawl space needed over $ 20,000.00 of work to set things right. Should I ever have a problem I know who to call. Thank you John!!!

We used PRS Construction for remediation work after we discovered a dishwasher leak had lifted floorboards in our kitchen. Our point person was Jon. He came by the same morning and assessed the damage, put an action plan in place, and was in constant contact throughout the entire process. The work was excellent and we are extremely happy with our experience with PRS. We would recommend PRS to anyone -and already have.

Fantastic professional company and people.From day one they were on time for appointments, great with advice and overview of work required. Completed the new roof install on time and in perfect new condition.
