“If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I reached out to about 6 roofing companies this morning with a time sensitive situation...no response! I reached out to Southern Restoration and received no response as well. Immediately after I received a text message with a link to schedule an appt. Apprehensively I scheduled (same day) but was for sure I would not hear back. About 30 mins before my appointment I received a text back regarding my appointment. I also received followed up messages as well. Kyle came and met with my boyfriend to inspect my roof. Once done inspecting he reached out via phone to update me with what transpired during the appointment. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and very helpful! “Root Rooter of Rock Hill did a wonderful job installing our whole house Aquasana water filter! We were able to schedule an appointment with them quickly, they reminded us of our upcoming appointment, called to let us know they were on their way, and showed up on time! We had four guys do the actual install and they all were polite, respectful of our property, and most importantly did a stellar job. Our filter is running great and we’re so happy to have clean water! Would definitely recommend them.“
