“If Diogenes and his lantern ever come to Charlotte looking for an honest man, they should go straight to John. I asked him to inspect my home’s crawl space and let me know of any problems that needed to be addressed. After doing the inspection he informed me (gasp!!!) that everything was fine and no work was needed. This after another company, who shall remain nameless but whose initials are DP, tried to convince me the same crawl space needed over $ 20,000.00 of work to set things right.
