“We have been working with this company for over a year and while we are customers, it is really a relationship model that Red Tree employs. They treat your home as if it is their own. They did a fantastic job in landscaping our entire property. We continuously get complimented on their work. What's best about this company is their responsiveness. Whether it's a party we are getting ready for or we just want something done, the Red Tree team never fails. Best of all was tonight when we had a massive thunderstorm and our drains were taking on too much water. Jose from Red Tree was here quickly to rectify the issue. As my husband said last year, this is a white glove service company. They are true professionals that go above and beyond, and this is coupled with their design work, is what separates them from the competition. We signed a maintenance agreement with them after the landscape design and we are so glad that we did. Jeff (the owner), Joe, Jose, James and the whole Red Tree crew are just great to work with.“

“I hate to come back with this review but my lawn care person called me to schedule an appointment and told me what treatment would be done. I didn't know that there was additional fee for the services. So when I called and Kimberly gave me the price I wanted to know why the bill was higher than normal. I advised her that I was not told this in advance. I paid my normal charge and thanked Kimberly (which she should've been thanking me for using the company.) Instead she says "Ummhumm" to me which is rude. I repeated "Ummhumm" and she hung up the phone. My husband and I discussed the rudeness and I called back and asked for a supervisor. Kimberly the same rep proceeded to ask me why I needed a supervisor and I explained that telling a customer "Ummhumm" and hanging the phone up is rude. Since she wouldn't give me the information that I asked for I told her I'd write a review. I've used your company for 3 years and have never been charged anything other than my normal monthly charge. I need for a manager to call me and explain why my bill was $104 for my February svc. Thanks in advance. My number should be listed.2/26/24 A very nice gentleman from Fairway Green called me back and was very understanding and apologetic. I was in the process of looking for another lawn svc company which I didn't want to do because they do an excellent job treating our lawn.“

“We had Trevor come out to give us a quote for termite and pest control. He was very thorough and explained everything from what he saw in the crawl space to the garage and the perimeter of the home. What treatments is needed and gave 3 options. Also most importantly the sprays they use are pet and kid friendly. Trevor was great and we look forward to using and recommending Killingsworth to all our friends and family.“
