They could improve by Paying the Subs that work on there Jobs. I am out over 14K from Three Tree. This is not the end of this. I am going to get my Money one way or another.

Hired Three Tree to do a Master Bathroom/Bedroom/Closet remodel in July 2018. We were told the renovation would take 6-8 weeks and demolition began in late August 2018. The timeline quickly got off schedule. There were weeks that nothing got done and we were given excuse after excuse. When work finally got going there were many issues--one of the contractors fell through the ceiling, the shower bedpan failed inspection because it leaked through the sub-flooring and ceiling, there was a fly infestation. After 12 weeks we were able to move back into our home, but the majority of the bathroom was not in working order (we only were able to use the toilet). It took several more weeks for the shower to be completed and ready to use. Several more weeks for the vanity to be installed and running water at the sinks. In December 2018, we learned that our Project Manager was no longer working with Three Tree. At this point we began seeing water damage in the ceiling below where the bathroom renovation occurred. Three Tree came out to address this issue and believed it was fixed. They wanted us to "monitor it" and wait to fix/repair the ceiling in case the leaking continued. We noticed leaking again about 3 weeks later in the previous spot and an additional place on the ceiling. Also during this time, we were dealing with a failed inspection due to a window not being up to code. As of April 2019, we still have several lingering issues and our contact person/Project Manager replacement has also left the company. We are left with damage to our ceiling, a leak, a mold issue, electrical outlets installed incorrectly, and we are owed approximately $700. Three Tree has not responded to any of our communications in over a month. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!
